The mirror was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. It was easy to pop the easel into place and the seller included mounting hardware as well.I wanted a mirror that was big enough to see my reflection head to toe and side to side. This absolutely does the job (for reference I'm 5'6").

Very disappointed the base snapped off after only 5 months. Now the mirror is useless and since they only give you 30 days to return, that window is closed. I reached out to Amazon to see if they could help me but they just told me to contact the seller SONGMICS HOME. They are terrible with customer service. They said they couldn't do anything about replacing it because it was purchased through AMAZON and that they needed to resolve this issue for me. I feel like a company should stand by their products and that I just got the run around. Needless to say, I feel this mirror shouldn't have broken the way it did and that it is cheaply made.
