As it says it isn't as sweet as sugar but is a good product. Good value for size. Some people have intestinal issues if they use a lot of it so be cautious. To my family there is no after taste. Powders easily.

Delicious alternative to sugar. We're not really a sugar eating household but we do like baked goods from time to time. I used to use a different sweetener but decided to try this. It's great, there's no after taste but it's a lot less sweet than erythritol so there's a learning curve for my taste buds. Overall I really liked it.

I ordered this to Canada. It is the absolute best. It is well worth the cost if you can get it.It's not sugar tasting but it's so GOOD. No after taste. Melts like sugar! 10/10

This is an affordable large bag of allulose. Allulose is a good sweetener, but it takes 3x as much by volume to equal a similar amount of sugar.

I now only use Allulose for my sweetener. It taste like sugar and works well in baking. Not quite as sweet as sugar so add a little extra to the recipe. However it’s going to be a bit expensive for some budgets.

I used to buy this in 20 pounds boxes, from the only distributor i could find. No indication of product origin, plastic sack of allulose. Never again. Viva Doria is made in Washington state and is registered andcregulated according to the standards of the FDA. It's also $40 cheaper for 20 pounds! Excellent product: fresh, granulated, consistent. I've used 25 pounds so far, and it's perfect.
