Bought this to carve a turkey crown and ham joint.It was a budget price compared to others.It’s my first electric knife so can’t compare to others. Given the price it did the job. It cut through both Turkey and ham with ease. I could smell the motors going on the first use but haven’t since. It’s easy to set up and use.Given the price it’s good value. It would be great if it came in a store away box or bag as I only really plan on using for occasional carving.

Soon as I saw it I should have returned it. Does a bad job with bread or meat and total waste of money. Expected more from a brand name

Average quality. Cuts are average. The blades don’t stay together perfectly. When cutting there is slight gap between the blades which means that meat is drawn between the blades which affects the quality of cut. The knife will still cut joints or bread etc, but not very precise. If you want super thin cuts with precision this won’t be the unit for you. You may need to spend more on a better quality product. Average value for the cost
