To me, this is a staple pantry item. It's one of those items that you can open, drain, and toss in a casserole, or chicken and dumplings for a quick meal. The taste is pretty basic so you can add poultry seasoning and any other spices you want, to kick it up to make a great dish. The texture is shredded chicken, much like pulled pork. So, it's really simple to make chicken enchiladas or really anything. With it being pre-cooked, the possibilities are endless. The price is really great, and the shelf life is excellent. If you're a busy mom needing quick weeknight meals, this should be in your pantry as well. My outdoor feral cats give this 5 paw stars straight up, if they don’t like it they bury it, They gobble it up, give it as a treat every morning along with a little canned salmon, magpies try to steal it too!
