We always gave Dad Glutathione but started to add to our diet.However, we are tired of sooo many capsules, etc.Bulk Supplements Glutathione powder has no fillers or anything else.Very cost efficient for this powder compared to capsules.Some complain about the taste. We found no problem with taste, similar to Vitamin C in taste.We take two 1/5 tsp in about 1/2 cup of water, 2x per day.In AM gives a bit of boost of energy, at Night sleeping longer without getting up in middle of night.Good product but Supplier needs to provide scoop for proper dosing.

Glutathione is normally made by our bodies but the production of the powerful antioxidant lessens with stress, aging, toxins, etc It is effective to boost the immune system, and is the secret to prevent aging, heart disease, cancer, dementia and more. I bought this supplement primarily for my 94 year old mother who cannot take pills. My husband and I are both in our late 60's. So I think ti will also benefit us. I add this Glutathione to our daily "health" drinks so that we all get it without pills. I love the BulkSuplemtents products because I don't have to add more pills to our regimen, and we can take the dose that we need. There is also not the added ingredients of capsules that we pay for, but are not generally good for our health. I also like that these supplements are pure with no additives.Can I say for a fact that this supplement has provided any immediate, noticeable results? Of course not! Can I say that it prevented me from getting cancer, heart disease, or dementia? Well, no!! I can tell you that I do a lot of research on supplements, and this is one that is very important to our physical and mental health as we age. Since I know our bodies need this, I would rather supplement it than wait to see which of the physical or mental health problems I get because my body can't produce enough. Since my mother already has dementia, the superior antioxidants provided by this supplement should help with the inflammation that is already in her brain.

I have just added this supplement to my diet and mix it in with water with whatever drink I have an slosh it down, it’s not about the taste it’s the effects I’m looking for. My skin has been looking dull and horrible lately , this dark bluish ashy undertone vs my usual deep red glow, im a deep brown color with red undertones (like I blush).. but I hadn’t been blushing and glowing like usual and I’ve been breaking out and I know it’s due to my diet and lack of filtration in my body so I’m adding this to help support my skin and diet and it seems to have an immediate effect .. skin starting to even out, and not as sluggish feeling . Good additive to clear skin and better ones over all health, and according to the bodies need one can adjust their intake, like if u think u arnt seeing results u might need a higher dosage or multiple consumptions. Just don’t let ur roommates see it outside the package they will think it’s drugs 🙄

as another reviewer mentioned, I decided to take this sublingually since I have not found lipoceutical glutathione to be that helpful for me and why do more work to make it. I just put a small bit under my tongue. I usually take it in the morning before I eat with some other detox supplements. I didn't notice feeling *better* and yet when I ran out I did find myself more sensitive to chemical exposures. (I have a history with chemical sensitivity and so though I am well I still continue with detox activities). So I restarted taking it and problems resolved. Also used it on a recent cross country airplane trip to help my body handle additional toxic exposures and again... no problems, no reactions. So my reasonable conclusion is that this is helping my body process toxins and I am continuing using it as a support. It is affordable as compared to other options on the market, and works to use it in bulk as delivered by bulk supplements. It does not compare to (complicated, expensive) nebulized glutathione, and if you are very sick I highly recommend that. But for where I am at now, this works great and I recommend it to those who need something to increase thier detox capacity.
