Doing its job very well
Have used the juicer six times. Mostly with fruit but with some vegetables like carrots, celery, etc along with mint and ginger. Everything was processed properly every time. The unit is easy to use. The switch in the chute cover makes it easy to manage the input at your pace. The quality of the juice output is great. Not pulpy. The unit is sturdy and sits solidly on the countertop without moving. Noise level is low and perfectly acceptable for everyday use. I clean the unit manually. Everything washes well and quickly with soap and water. The mesh component takes a little attention to work with but the supplied brush is perfectly suited to the task. Be prepared to take a couple of minutes to get the debris out of the mesh. Have not tried putting any of the components in the dishwasher but the manual says some components can be cleaned that way. The compact footprint (no too tall either) makes for better storage. Overall this a very super value for the money. We are enjoying high quality juices form a well-built unit that performs the task very well.

I highly recommend
Pro’s: Crazy easy to assemble, clean and operate. This juicer uses mastication vs centrifugal. Mastication gets you all the juice (more juice than centrifugal juicing) and only removes the fiber.Con’s: People that are proponents of centrifugal juicing say they don’t prep or precut their veggies and fruits before juicing. That is true BUT the “garbage” (that which doesn’t become juice) is still wet and has indigestible things in it. The reason this is important is because if you get a mastication juicer, you’ll have to prepare your ingredients BUT BUT BUT, if you take the time to core you apples, clean celery, beets, etc. The “garbage” isn’t really something to throw away. I cook it in water and make soup. I then let it cool. Using my NutriBullet blender, blend it all together and get soup! I purchased the “mason” jars in pic.Things to note:1) Buy a brush like shown in the attached pic. I bought ours from Amazon. It works exceptionally to clean the grates (hardest and most important part for cleaning). The brush they put ovine is also good but the brush in the pic is just more efficient!2) Buy some of these 16 oz glass bottles. They seal the juices in so they stay fresher longer. They make it easy to identify what juice they are. You’ll need a bottle cleaner. I picked one up from dollar tree (very efficient).3) Buy a dozen 16 oz “mason” jars. I bought them from Walmart. $8-9/dozen. They are excellent for the soup.4) I set up to juice 4-9 types of juices in a sitting. If you prep your fruits and vegetables, the juicing process is crazy easy and fast. Also prep’ing your fruits and vegetables, you’ll realize if you cut everything small, processing is fast and cleaning of the strainer is easier.5) I was all pieces by hand (even strainer). I don’t use the dishwasher. If I spend 20 minutes cleaning I’d be surprised.6) Also included a couple juice concoction

Broke after 1 week of use
I purchased this Nutribullet juicer in April 2025. The juicer broke after one week of use! Electric system went dead. I missed my deadline with Amazon returns by 1 (!) day, due to my business travel, and they refused to accept the return. Customer service was "amazing" beyond belief - I asked in the chat, if they could extend the DHL return label, and the chat said - sure, just start over the return and you will get the new label. Which I did, and then Amazon told me that it was too later to return it. Their "customer service" service representative told me - it was a bot, and there is nothing they can do for me, I should contact the manufacturer. Manufacturer (Nutribullet) has a contact template which seems to not work, because I didn't receive a confirmation about my message to them, and no emails from them either. So I am stuck with a broken juicer and a dis-service of both, Amazon and Nutribullet. Don't fall into the same trap, by different brand.

Great juice extraction, hard to assemble.dissemble and a pain to clean
This is my second juicer so I know something about juicing. The pros:Amazing juice extraction, the used pulp is practically dry, very impressiveThe unit is stylish and looks goodThe cons:Very hard to out together and take apart which you need to do every time you use it and to clean it.It is hard to clean, the mesh screen you need to clean is hard to get to (hard to run water from the sink onto it) and the brush they supply to clean this screen is falling apart after just two cleanings!!! Either make it easier to clean or supply a useful and durable to tool for the cleaning. To do neither is abysmal. My other juicer is a Hamilton Beach which is big, super loud and kind of ugly. BUT, boy it cleans up like a dream. Super easy. I can clean the Hamilton Beach in 1/4 or 1/5th the time it takes me to wrestle with the Nutribullet.

Easy to use & easy to clean!
I’m not much of a breakfast person so this is perfect! I will wash and prep my veggies, so in the morning I can easily make my green juice. Once I’m done juicing I will mix 2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds, place it back in the fridge for 10-15 minutes. Once the chia seeds have soaked I’m good to go! Helps keep me full and start off putting something healthy in my body first thing in the morning. *Make sure you cover your cup if you don’t drink the juice right away. Also, this comes with a juice book. Great for beginners!Lastly, of course it’s a hassle to clean it every time. But it’s worth it! If I don’t have time to properly clean it, I’ll just rinse it and place it to the side and wash it with dish soap later on.
