Great product, easy to digest!

I have been taking these daily for several months now and haven’t been having any issues or adverse reactions after taking these. My only concern is that this supplement contains a lot of great things, on the label. However, I just feel confused about how they fit it all into one medium sized capsule per day. I’m not really sure how to verify or negate what’s on the label. I have just found with other HMB supplements, that I have to take more capsules for less amount of HMB.Well I just looked again at the product page, and it says that one serving is 3 capsules, which makes much more sense. However, I thought the label on the bottle said 1 capsule per serving. So maybe this is my mistake.

Question how a single capsule can provide the recommended daily 3000mg (3g) of HMB - there are indeed 150 capsules therefore the overall weight should be at least 450g or just under 1lb however the specifications state 3.53oz. I have noted that a common complaint with other brands is that multiple capsules are needed to get the recommended serving size however it clearly states on the bottle that each capsule contains 3000mg. I would be happy to take multiple capsules as I was drawn to this product by claims of the liposomal formulation. I emailed the company to explain the discrepancy and have yet to receive a response. Note as well the Nurafuse does not list this product on their webpage.

I am not a doctor, so I cannot make any medical claims regarding the benefits of taking this supplement. But, ample research is available online supporting the benefits of HMB, and the other included nutrients. And, based on my personal experience it supports those claims. I have experienced no unpleasant side effects, and no gastrointestinal discomfort taking it. There is no unpleasant aftertaste or smell. Only long-term doctor testing can confirm all the reported benefits. But, since taking it, I felt stronger. And, I have experienced greater muscle endurance. While I suggest you do your research, I wholeheartedly endorse this supplement.

this by far is the easiest one to take out of all the ones I bought in the past and im glad it is liposomal and is a capsule form. my previous calcium is huge and I have to take multiple and honestly it deters me of taking it everyday coz of that.no weird smell and no upset tummy every time I take it. don't know how effective it is yet but will know after 2 months when I do my follow up test. my previous test shows I am low in calcium and D3 so this will prove if this works or not.5 months supply for that price. if it works, I will definitely buy more.will update this review if my follow up test show no difference at all.

I have ordered this 2 times in the past and was completely happy with it but the third order has caused nausea and insomnia so I cannot use it, very disappointing.
