super easy to use and set up

Works as expected has a good feel and buttons are very tactile and responsive. However it does not seem to control my firestick as well unfortunately would have been a nice bonus!

I have used Amazon since the early 2000s and have relied on user feedback to make my purchasing decisions. I have found that the Amazon community is right on. I have not, however, done my part to provide ratings to help others make their decisions. This is just one of many ratings that I have needed to provide. My strategy is to provide a numerical rating when there is not much more to say, except it worked as designed, was well made, and did not have any obvious flaws. I will provide more elaboration when needed to support a rating, good or bad. For this item, however, I think just a score will suffice.

This remote connected well to the TV but once connected, it caused the applications opened to restart repeatedly. I am guessing it was related to the connectivity, but I have not seen this happen with other BT items. It did not consistently connect to the TV and there were issues with it not opening applications properly as well. Returning it to try something else.

Very solid replacement remote, more elegant feel then the original LG .The volume and channel select are better labeled as well.It is missing a favorites button, which I used most of the time with the old remote or would be 5 stars for sure.
