New Balance Men's Fresh Foam X 1080 V14 Running Shoe

This shoe worked great for my Sesamoiditis. ITs not a shoe id recommend for sports except running in a flat surface. It will break your ankle with such high and soft platform foam if you use it in non flat surfaces.The foam is really soft an I got the wide fit. They also look good compared to the more wacky hoka designs.

I have worn several different New Balance models. All in 9.5 4E. As other reviewers have noted this shoe is a bit more snug however that works perfectly for me. Others have suggested buying 1/2 size larger. I’m so glad that I did not. I would call this correctly sized. The shoe is very comfortable, very spongy to walk on. Expensive, yes but after wearing them for a week on my daily 5 mile walk I’m very pleased with this purchase. Far superior to the NB 940 they replaced.

Great fit! A little pricy with taxes and all. You could find this in retail at a lower price point. I’m just starting my journey at running and they feel really comfortable and soft on every step. Definitely an upgrade from regular training shoes, these are real shoes for runners in every level. They are light and look great on me.

I really love these New Balance shoes. They are extremely comfortable and cushioned, and I find them attractive as well. My wife keeps telling me she is going to steal them to wear because she also loves how they look. I'm more interested in how great they feel on my feet, because they make a full day of walking so much easier and less tiring. They fit true to size, and seem to be well made.

Im a ~200lb 5' 11" body builder. These are great for running impact and im no longer experiencing shin splints on my runs where i only usually run a mile. Works well on the treadmill, dirt and pavement and are quite breathable and lightweight. However if you wear these casually and are on your feet for a long period of time then your feet can get sore more easily than most other shoes.

These are really great. I was using these sketchers slip on sneakers and the New balance 990v6. I was having issues where the ball of my heel was getting sore and I started to get calluses on my right foot and so my dad told me about these shoes much cushion it has and it definitely should relieve that pressure that was on the back of my foot and it fixed my issue. I believe it fixed my issue and now I’m able to exercise again without having the discomfort in my foot. Although if you have balance issues and you’re older, you may consider a different one because it’s so cushioning you possibly may be off balance but perhaps try it in the New Balance store before purchasing these.I’m really happy I found these shoes. I wish I knew about it sooner because I spent a lot of money on shoes before that not knowing that it wasn’t the right shoe for me.

Seems I keep bouncing back and forth between the NB 1080 series and the ASICS Men's Gel-Kayanos as each team tries to reinvent the wheel with each new model.This year the ASICS Gel-Kayano 31s were terrible (for me) so back to the 1080s. Wow! Love this one! Fits great, well-made, and not unimportantly they look great (I wear mine everywhere).This new model runs at least 1/2 size small, so take that into account. The shoe is stable, and the sole is quite cushiony and even a bit ‘spongy.’ Took a little getting used to, but now they’re great. I’ll likely buy a safety pair soon to insure against the inevitable new model which will probably toss out everything I like about this pair … sigh.

Some of the most comfortable shoes I ever I tried. Probably the most comfortable. It hugs your feet in pillow like softness. They are light weight, pretty breathable, and the traction on them is great. Great for recovery or just all already comfort. If you have wide to semi wide feet, order the wide. I have a pretty narrow foot and wished I got the wide. Overall I don't have any real negatives except the price.
