After searching through so many product and their reviews I finally chose this milk frother/steamer and I am very happy I did. It is a good quality item that is easy to use. I especially love the fact that I can choose the temperature of the milk when heating. I have to test out the frothing feature more Bur overall very happy with my purchase. It is also very easy to use since it stainless steel and doesn't have that plastic non stick layer like other frothers.

Wow, this product is great. It’s worth every money so far best one I got all these years. The milk is creamy. You could do so much with this product. I give it a 10 I mean I love it.👍

There are unfortunately a bunch of issues with this frother.- It does make nice microfoam, but only the cappuccino setting creates a decent amount of foam.- It takes 3.5 minutes on the cappuccino setting which is long compared to other frothers- I couldn't find anywhere that the plastic used is BPA free so I doubt that it is. The plastic pieces touch the bottom of the jug and as you can see in the pictures, it's scraping off pieces of plastic into the milk.- It says that the jug is dishwasher safe and I only put it in the dishwasher (top rack) once and the handle is already coming loose- It's a Chinese company that is registered in New Jersey. I find that very deceptive as their website doesn't show the company name and only the US address so I assumed it's a US-based manufacturer.- It already stopped once during the spin process

I love this thing! I really liked my other frother/foamers, they were hard to clean without scratching the bottom and then milk would burn to it after every use. Should have just bit the bullet and bought this to begin with. Easy to clean and run

I first ordered in November and got a defective device that would not work on any hot setting- I kept getting a tip obstruction notification after using it only 4 times. The tip was not obstructed and would spin correctly on cold settings.Finally, I got a replacement and it does work, but the parts are so cheap. It has been less than 60 days from ordering and about ~days of use and now the impeller tip has shattered—I mostly make lattes so now I’m without use of it until I can somehow get a replacement. How did it break? Washing it gently with a rag and warm water. Im absolutely disappointed in the quality. The tips felt cheap and I have often wondered about the future of use if things have broken and how would I obtain replacement parts?Speaking of replacements you’ll have to reach out to the company on their website and you’ll get alerted that they are swamped with high message volume and limited hours to call. I did email and have the picture proof, so who knows when I’ll hear something back?As far as the quality of drinks for the past 45 days? Well, I have to use the latte feature twice in order to get the milk hot enough. You cannot change the temperature. If you’re using cold milk from the fridge it will be lukewarm when it’s done so you’ll have to do it again.I had an espresso machine before this and was spoiled with a steam wand which heated milk fast and hot. Overall, I wouldn’t purchase this again. And now I’m out $89 in 45 days until I get a replacement tip.Would not recommend unless that make major improvements.----------------------------------------------UPDATE------------------------------------------------------------I submitted a replacement request for broken tip through their website (2/16)I got a response on 2/17, It took 2 days and several emails to finally get my replacement ordered -they first needed pictures of the broken piece, then needed the order # and proof of purchase, then needed a picture of the serial number, and then needed pictures of the broken piece again! It was quite a bit of back and forth and not knowing if I was going to get a replacement piece until finally I was informed they were sending me a replacement and to sent my address for shipment on 2/19. I finally got the piece in the mail on 2/26.I'm happy I got a replacement piece but major improvements need to be made to this device and offer replacement parts! Why do I have to go through so many hoops to get a replacement part? I would love to purchase an extra piece in the event it breaks again but it is NOT an option!

Fantastic. Works consistently, used it 4-5 times since I received this product and it has works perfectly, make it super easy to make a consistent foam and get latte art. My usage is with whole milk and sugar to add to an espresso shot.This has perfected my coffee workflow with my flair 58.Super easy to clear up. Will update on long term review.

While it does have some good qualities, my experience has been pretty disappointing.**Pros:**- Steaming milk has never been easier! The frother saves so much time compared to manual steaming, making my mornings smoother and quicker.- It works great for making latte-art-level microfoam and can handle both dairy and plant-based milk easily. The automatic milk warmer is a nice touch as well.- The convenience it adds to my workflow is fantastic when it works.**Cons:**- Unfortunately, my first unit purchased on Kickstarter stopped working after a few months. I reached out to support, sent them photos and videos of the issue, but they completely ghosted me, which was very frustrating.- Hoping it was just a one-off, I decided to purchase it again for the convenience it offers. This time, I even bought the protection plan because I have little faith in its long-term durability.While it *is* very convenient when it works, the lack of customer service and the reliability issues are enough for me to hesitate recommending this product. Hopefully, it lasts longer this time, but I’m not holding my breath.
