Hope to lose some weight
Need to lose some weight so thought i would try these meal replacement shakes.Arrived in perfect condition with the scoop inside the tub.Taste is nice but to early to tell if they work.

Don't always come with a scoop
Going to a destination wedding in November so wanted to shed some pounds I used this about 8 years ago and did very well with it. Lost 3.5 stone In 5 months What it does have is a cardboard taste that not all that niece . I have put it in an air tight lock n lock box hopefully this will keep it fresh and the cardboard tast will go I hope so. I don't remember it having a metal taste before as it was in a metal tin. Has anybody else noticed the cardboard taste?? I tried it with milk ,milk water mix and with ice and can still taste it . Maybe the other flavours don't have the cardboard taste. The only other 1 I will tray is the white chocolate and raspberry as not kern on the other flavoures. There used to be a salted caramel but sed it any where now is it still available ??

Tastes good but that's about it
As a drink this really tastes very good, it doesn't taste of sweetener and could easily be mistaken for a Nesquik banana milkshake. Unfortunately that's really where the pros end.I've been looking for a meal replacement drink that I can substitute for breakfast, unfortunately this isn't it. Compared to a lot of other meal replacement drinks this is blended with 250ml of milk, that instantly makes it a very small drink. It doesn't suppress hunger in the slightest that I can tell and it contains a worrying amount of sugar, 21g in a single drink. Seems ludicrous given it's geared towards dieting.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Brilliant value for money - cost twice as much in some stores. Banana taste is lovely.
