Shilajit Powder Mineral Pitch Antioxidant General Wellness Concentrated Extract 6:1 8.11 oz 230 GMS

I have purchased this shilajit perhaps 6 times and feel it is a perfectly fine shilajit. I like having a powdered form so that I can add it to my own blend of herbs. Importantly (and unlike the vast majority of other companies) they process the raw shilajit by mixing it with triphala herbs (while heating, then sun-drying it?) according to the traditional Ayurvedic process (as elaborated on at their website) If shilajit is not processed this way, be the end-product powder, or not, I'm not interested in it.

I have tried it for a week now in my coffee and it seemed to have a noticeable beneficial effect for me. I recommend and prefer this source to some of the other sources available.

It definitely seems legit and like the other shilajit powder I bought from a company I trust. As usual the taste is ugh but that is to be expected. I am swapping out my other powder for this for a while and see if I notice any change. No change or improvement would be a good thing as I actually saw benefits with my other shilajit powder.So for now a solid 5 stars and will update if needed after I get through the bag.

This is definitely a shilajit powder. I love to say that it tastes great, but no shilajit powder does. The health benefits to me are definitely worth it. I take this 2 to 3 times a week. I do believe that this helps me and I will continue to take it.Recommend, I hope that this helps.
