I figure I'm gonna be sort of a niche user for this product.I'm a teen with mild acne that also works as a swim instructor. That means I'm in the pool a lot with drying skin because of medication. I'm sure as you already know, the chlorine or even salt water(depending on pool) can be very drying.Of course this is a problem because it can be not only irritating but also displeasing in appearance, unprofessional but most of all your acne is being exposed to tons of bacteria.Tried a bunch of lotions with no success(water wiped it off) and then finally I thought to myself... "whats an OTC lotion that solves dry cracked skin and protection against weather?" I considered water-proof sunscreen(though no sunscreen is really waterproof) but thought it better to go a different route. Those with eczema are prone to dry skin conditions, of course. And then I thought to myself, Baby Eczema lotion/creme would be more sensitive than for adults surely! Which brought me here.This product works on a couple levels:1. You only need to apply it once. After work when I look in the mirror, I wouldn't see flakes on my cheek or acne like I had before.2. It's EASY to apply. Some lotions as you smear on dry skin, it actually peels it off. I suppose the lotion was made to be applied to recently exfoliated skin. Unfortunately considering my medication for my acne, my skin is constantly peeling.So it was nice to see me being able to smear this stuff on my dry skin and see it being absorbed without it scraping off any dead skin.3. One draw back is the shininess. Though in the pool shininess doesn't matter much considering the shine could be mistaken for water but in general you want to be spare with this lotion. I learned for me, a pea-size is enough for your entire face. I still find myself with an extra bit left on my fingers realizing how wasteful I am.Again, my experience with the product is that I do not use this as a protection or whatnot against the bacteria in the water(though perhaps I should if I weren't so lazy.) I use it more as a remedy during break-time if I notice my dry skin showing. And also occasionally on winter days when my skin is unreasonably dry.

Our pediatrician recommended this for my baby's dry skin. He doesn't have eczema, but this lotion worked wonders. It's non-greasy and feels great on my hands. I used it twice a day for two days and now his skin is soft and supple, like a baby's skin should be. I continued using it once a day for a few days and now I only use it a few times a week to maintain softness. His skin has never felt better (except maybe at birth). I've been suffering with dry hands since the baby's been born. All the extra hand washing has taken a toll on my skin. Using this on the baby has improved my dry hands and cuticles. Highly recommended!

This is my first review and I shop AMAZON all the time. After trying numerous products, steroidal creams prescribed by doctors, using natural remedy's my 10 year old daughter skin looked like a fish, breakouts, blotches, discolored and rough. After reading the reviews for Aveeno Baby Eczema Theraphy, i decided to give it a try. I assure anyone who has had a problem with Eczema to purchase this product. It worked and has been working beautifully, everyone I know that has Eczema i tell them about this product and they all have great results as well. I even have this on autoship because in the stores the 5oz bottle is almost double the price. Now my 12 year old skin is soft and subtle like a baby. Dont' try other products this is the keeper. As a side note, i ran out because she was in the water alot so i got Aveeno Eczema for adults, it didnt work the same at all. Once I return to the Aveeno "Baby" Eczema her skin immediately responded and returned to normal.** Update she has graduated from her 9 year Aveeno use as of her 19 birthday to Eucerin. She’s 22 now with beautiful skin. **I Guess as her skin matured she needed something stronger. I still highly recommend Aveeno “Baby” Eczema as a start.

I started using Aveeno Eczema Therapy lotion when my toddler son was less than 6 months old. Like me, he is prone to eczema. My pediatrician recommended this product and warned me that at first, his eczema might get slightly worse, but would very quickly get better in no time. She was absolutely right. I use this product for my son to this day - he is almost 3. I like that it is not scented, and that the lotion is moisturizing without seeming oily. He also hasn't had an eczema breakout in the last year that I can recall. I don't know that this will treat severe eczema, but if you, or someone you know has mild eczema - this might very much be worth a try.

I purchased this while still pregnant in anticipation of my baby having sensitive skin. My skin is very fair and my husband is sensitive to cheap laundry detergents. I didn't want to try a mediocre product and then my baby break out or have a reaction and have to go into panic mode.My baby is now 5 months old and although she does not have "sensitive skin" , she is a baby and has the typical delicate baby skin. I've been using Aveeno Baby Eczema products since she was 4 weeks old and they are fantastic.She has some folds that will get a red rash because of moisture that is trapped. The rash will dissipate after using this product. This is not just for babies who suffer from Eczema. In my opinion, all babies have sensitive skin, and this is a great product to use. It is more expensive but in my opinion worth the extra cost. It moisturizes very well, head to toe, and not only does my baby not have a reaction to it, but the cream soothes non-Eczema irritations. Put this on your registry!!

This product is a life saver! My daughter skin was getting bad and after just 2 days of using this cream it was soooo much better! Highly recommend 👌
